What is Ayurvedic Yoga therapy?
Ayurvedic Yoga therapy is a highly holistic form of yoga which combines knowledge, tools, and techniques from both Yoga and its sister science of Ayurveda, the Science of Life. This powerful combination provides a powerful, healing, empowering and effective therapy which enables people, who practise it regularly to heal a wide variety of physical, mental, and spiritual imbalances, as well as stay balanced and healthy.
The Ayurvedic Yoga therapy which I offer is based on the Ayuryoga Yoga therapy developed by Remo Rittiner, which I learnt during my Yoga Therapist Certification Program. This style of Yoga therapy stems from Krishnamacharya’s Tradition and integrates knowledge about modern Anatomy as well as Ayurveda. Additionally, I draw from the knowledge of Ayurvedic Medicine which I acquired during my training as an Ayurvedic Practitioner and from my other training and experience as a Hypnotherapist, and a TEN (Traditional European Naturopathy) Naturopath.
If you would like to learn more about Ayurvedic Yoga therapy, or to schedule a first session, please feel free to contact me at any time or to book an appointment via email or using the online booking system.
Arrange a free introductory meeting so that you can get a better picture of my work and my person.
I offer individual one-on-one coaching, as well as couple and team coaching either face-to-face or online.
I help my clients with hypnotherapy in many ways, such as healing old traumas, physical issues, releasing fears, making complex decisions and creating new, positive programming by harnessing the powers of their subconscious mind.
Using the vast knowledge of Traditional European Naturopathy and Ayurveda, I integrate body, mind and soul in my work thus enabling my clients to heal their bodies, their minds, and their lives, naturally and long-term.
