What is Holistic Coaching?
Holistic Coaching empowers you to create and to experience your best life by harnessing all dimensions of your being including: the body, the mind, the soul as well as energetic dimensions.
In contrast to standard coaching, where the coach and the coachee primarily stay at a purely rational, conscious, cognitive level, holistic coaching works synergistically with the body, the mind (conscious and subconscious), the soul and energetic dimensions.
This holistic process enables clients to remove negative and insidious subconscious patterns, inner blockages, as well as to create, and to maintain new, healthy, and positive patterns of thought and behaviour, thereby creating powerful life transformation.
To do this, I draw on knowledge, tools and techniques drawn from numerous fields including standard coaching, psychology, hypnotherapy, yoga therapy, shamanism and naturopathy (both TEN – Traditional European Naturopathy & Ayurveda).
I integrate these methods individually for each one of my clients, depending on each client’s needs, goals, priorities, and preferences.
