About me
I created LifeQuest to help people to develop their best selves, and to live their best lives using a truly holistic and natural approach. In 2003, I embarked on my personal “life quest” to acquire solid tools, knowledge and methods which would enable me to work with clients in the holistic, natural way, encompassing mind, body, and spirit, which I envision.
To this end, I have been in training for many years and I am continuously learning, applying, and integrating the knowledge, methods, and techniques which I have acquired from many different fields of knowledge including standard, academic settings and research as well as from complementary medicine (Ayurveda, Traditional European Naturopathy, Hypnotherapy, Yoga therapy & Shamanism). In this way, I do my best to serve each of my clients and to address their unique goals, needs, preferences and challenges. Since 2003, I have been working with clients from all walks of life including: CEOs, C-Level managers, professors, businesspeople, artists, research scientists, homemakers, students, as well as couples, teams, and groups.
In the course of my work, I have successfully assisted numerous clients on a wide variety of issues and topics ranging from career coaching, life transitions, life crises and stress management to complex cases involving for instance, phobias, pain with no apparent physical causes and psychosomatic issues. I am highly flexible, empathic, and intuitive. I care deeply about each one of my clients, and I strive to provide the most effective and client-centred service that is possible. I am also quite open to working with other coaches, psychologists, and doctors if my client so desires.
My clients are all intelligent, learning-oriented people, who enjoy working holistically and want to create their best possible lives. Since 2003, in addition to my individual work with clients, I offer training for corporate clients and universities on a wide variety of subjects ranging from Communication to Stress Management, and I have also facilitated and continue to facilitate numerous coaching groups both in academic and non-academic settings.
My best language is English, I also speak Spanish at a native level of fluency, and I also speak German and Swiss German fluently. I can also communicate in French. My preferred coaching languages are English, German & Spanish. If you have any questions, or you are curious about my work please feel free to contact me.
