- are willing to take the time and make the effort you need to make long-lasting positive changes in your life.
The following rule of thumb applies: The greater the complexity of your topics and challenges, the longer the time frame required for long-lasting change.
The fees for each coaching package depend on the length of the coaching process, the number of sessions and the duration of the sessions.
Coaching Group
What is the purpose of a coaching group? The social interaction within a group of people who are confronted with the same/similar challenges enables change processes that cannot always be mastered in individual work. In addition, working in a group complements and deepens the insights and individual learning processes by recognizing one’s own “blind spots” and blockages and tackling them through reflection or joint exchange.
