A holistic path to a more successful, fulfilling and balanced life.

My path to holistic coaching
My path to my holistic work with clients was very non-linear. After completing a B.A. in mathematics and later an M.S. in industrial engineering, I decided to switch to psychology because during my M.S. at Stanford I became fascinated by human behaviour and had the inspiring vision of becoming a kind of “people engineer”.
To this end, I completed a doctorate in work and organizational psychology at Carnegie Mellon University. I then worked as a professor at two private universities in Switzerland (Swiss Business School and IMI). After 2 years, I returned to research and took up a position as senior scientist at ETH Zurich.
During this time, I conducted research into various aspects of virtual work and virtual teams, and as part of this project I had to coach CEOs from various large and small organisations.
Founding my Coaching Business
This was the first time that I came into contact with the world of coaching, and I enjoyed it so much that I decided that this is what I really wanted to do because it was the first time in my career that I experienced so much joy and fulfillment. It was at this time that I realized that in order to be truly happy with my work, I needed to feel that I was making a positive difference in other people’s lives in a meaningful and tangible way.
This life-changing insight led me to pursue coaching training and later, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification.
After becoming a certified coach, I set up my coaching practice in Zürich and began working with clients full of enthusiasm and lots of motivation.
After a few months however, I quickly discovered that the vast majority of my clients suffered from numerous blockages at the various intersections of mind, body and soul, which I could not help them to overcome with the standard psychological and coaching tools I had at my disposal at that time. For example, many of them were seeking to change their behaviour and/or overcome their fears, but standard coaching and psychological techniques were not helping them at all. Many had already gone to counselling and psychotherapy for years, or were still going to therapy, some had event spent time in various clinics, but still many issues seemed to persist on some level.

In terms of my coaching, I felt very frustrated and disappointed with this realisation. Therefore, using my training as a scientist and engineer, I began to analyse this challenge to find solutions and decided to find methods and tools that would allow me to help my clients overcome these obstacles so that they could transform their lives in positive ways as effectively and as fast as possible. It was at this time that I embarked on what I now realise is a lifelong journey into alternative healing, yoga therapy, hypnotherapy and natural and energy medicine.
As a person I am highly intuitive and empathic. I have a very international background and come from a long line of engineers on my father’s and mother’s side as well as healers on my mother’s side.
Yoga has been an important part of my life since I was three years old, and alternative forms of healing such as shamanic practices, naturopathic approaches and knowledge have been part of my life since childhood. I am mother and motherhood has also taught me much about communication, behaviour and healing.
I love my work, I feel very blessed and am extremely grateful to work with all the wonderful and extraordinary people who come to me for support in their quest to create their best possible life. If you resonate with me, and feel that you would like to work with me, please feel free to contact me at any time. I would be delighted to work with you and help you to live your best life 🙂
