If you would like to work with Natural Medicine and have supplementary insurance, most health insurance companies in Switzerland cover part of the costs of the treatments to a certain percentage, depending on the policy. I recommend that you clarify the exact conditions of your health insurance in advance. For your information: Coaching and hypnotherapy are not covered by supplementary insurance so these services are invoiced separately.

Natural Medicine

Every person is unique. During the first consultation, I make every effort to get to know you as well as possible. You decide how holistically you would like to work with me, with which methods, techniques and approaches. I will make suggestions and give advice, but your needs and preferences are my top priority and I will only work with combinations of methods, which you like and with which you feel comfortable.

During the first consultation, we will define your goals for our work together and create a structure that suits you. This includes: the time frame, the process, the methods as well as the frequency and duration of the appointments. I also give my clients the choice of paying for appointments at the end of the month, or to take advantage of a package structure with a fixed, discounted price, if this is better suited to your needs.

The information meeting - free of charge and without obligation.

To give you the opportunity to evaluate whether you would like to work with me without any pressure or expense, I offer all my new clients a free, online information session. During this session you are welcome to ask me any questions you may have and I will offer some suggestions for ways to help you to tackle your challenges and achieve your goals. You can then decide at your leisure whether you would like to work with me.

How I work - with couples

During the initial consultation, I take the time to understand your current situation, concerns and goals of each partner. We then define couple goals together and create communication guidelines. The communication guidelines enable us to work together harmoniously, positively and constructively, even if you happen to be experiencing deep conflicts. We then create a coaching structure. This includes the time frame, the process, the methods as well as the frequency and duration of the appointments. We will also agree whether you would like to pay the fees at the end of each month or whether a package structure with a fixed, discounted price is better suited to your needs.

In my work with couples, it is important for me to support you as efficiently as possible in solving your challenges proactively and constructively. I always remain neutral. In order for you to be able to make long-lasting, positive change, I use my knowledge of human psychology combined with coaching know-how and tools – as part of this process – to make you aware of and understand the underlying, hidden psychological dynamics underlying your conflicts, which you may not be aware of. This new knowledge and insights in combination with training then enable couples to co-create optimal, long-term win-win solutions. In addition, if desired, I will support you in implementing the solutions by helping you to brainstorm, create practical strategies, identify ways to overcome obstacles and provide you with support during difficult decision-making processes.

My focus is not “just” on conversations, but rather on the proactive implementation of solutions and positive, long-term behavioural change. With this in mind, at the end of each appointment, we will agree on exercises and/or action steps. In this way, negative behavioral patterns can be changed effectively and efficiently. I do not “just talk”, but help you to effect real work actively, constructively and proactively.

For couples who want to separate, I faciliate the separation in the most constructive, proactive and solution-focused way so that they can continue to communicate positively and constructively with each other after the separation. How I work - with teams -

When working with a team, it is very important for me to work at different levels (at the individual, team and organisational levels) as well as at the intersections of these levels in order to identify and understand the underlying issues and psychological as well as social dynamics underlying them. This then enables me to assist the team in identifying win-win, constructive and implementable solutions.

Specifically, this means that I take the time at the beginning of the process to set specific goals together in order to understand the concerns, perspectives and challenges of each team member. I see a team not just as a kind of organizational structure that should efficiently meet goals, but as a group of unique individuals who face different personal and professional challenges in life.

This important work at the beginning of the coaching process allows us to work as efficiently, constructively and successfully as possible. To this end, we define the methods and structures the team would like to work with. I am happy to make the full breadth of my knowledge and skills available to the team in order to achieve innovative, holistic and long-term solutions.
