Don&#8217;t know how to best manage the transition to the next station in your career or where to go next?  <\/p>\n<p><strong>This coaching group will help you to:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the stress, the anxiety and the fear so that you can feel balanced and think clearly.<\/li>\n<li>Connect with your innate talents, skills and strengths as well as with your authentic self so that you can make decisions in alignment with your life vision and long-term goals.<\/li>\n<li>Keep your self-confidence high.<\/li>\n<li>Manage setbacks positively.<\/li>\n<li>Make decisions proactively and strategically.<\/li>\n<li>Provide you with a safe and supportive space to help you to manage this critical transition in your life.<br>Stay proactive and positive.<\/li>\n<li>Provide you with practical assistance as you go through the job-hunting process including:\n<ul>\n<li>Tips for how to write aligned C.V.s which stand out.<\/li>\n<li>Strategies to help you to connect with the jobs that really fit your profile and your vision.<\/li>\n<li>Optimization of communication with potential employers.<\/li>\n<li>Out-of-the-box strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Effective Interviewing skills<\/li>\n<li>Mini mock interviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <\/p>\n<p><strong>Coach &amp; Trainer:<\/strong> Dr. Lille Springall, Swiss and American-trained, Work &amp; Organizational Psychologist, Certified Coach (ICF), Board Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Naturopath (TEN) with Swiss Insurance Certification, Certified Ayurveda Therapist, Ayuryoga Therapist. 20 years of experience as a coach &amp; trainer. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Format:<\/strong> Hybrid &#8211; 1x in-person group coaching session per month (2h) at the LifeQuest Office in Zurich (Saturday morning from 9:30 to 11:30) combined with 2 online group sessions\/month (75 minutes). Topics and focal coaching points are decided jointly with the group. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum number of participants: 3<\/strong><br><strong>Maximum number of participants: 8<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dates:<\/strong> Any time is possible if enough participants (a minimum of 3 participants) are available to start the process or if there is enough space in one of the existing groups.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fees:<\/strong> 225 CHF\/month plus VAT. (Monthly payments). <\/p>\n<p>Additional one-on-one holistic coaching sessions may be booked any time with a 15% discount for group members.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 4 months (participants may exit the group any time at the end of the month. Unused time can be used for individual holistic coaching or therapies or reimbursed at a pro-rated rate depending on when the exit of the group happens. <\/p>\n<p>Do you have questions?
