How do I work?


In the first step of our work together, we will thoroughly analyse your current situation and pinpoint: your main and secondary stressors, your challenges, your current stress management methods, and stress management style. Additionally, we will tie this Stress Management Analysis to your life vision, values, goals, preferences, priorities, and constraints. Additionally, if you want to do so, we can work as holistically as you wish and integrate body, mind and soul into this first-stage analysis using the tools of Traditional European Naturopathy and/or Ayurveda.


After this first step, we will create a structure for our work together including: goals, content, tools, methods, and session frequency.


During our work together, you own the process, and you are always free to decide what you wish to focus on and how you want to address it.
