Do you feel overwhelmed by fears, feelings, or thoughts that you do not seem to be able to control?
Do you sometimes feel that you are being controlled by inner forces over which you have no control, and which are stopping you from taking the action steps which you want to take to really change yourself and your life for the better?
Hypnotherapy is a highly effective, completely natural, and completely safe method which can help you to positively reprogram the negative subconscious programs, inner blockages and old, suppressed trauma, which are key root causes of negative patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving.
In this way, hypnotherapy can help you to become your best self and to enjoy your life the way you know you could if only you were not being blocked and control by your fears and negative subconscious programs.

What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis is a natural, heightened state of relaxation where the subconscious mind is more open to persuasion. In this state, it is possible to remove deep-seated, negative patterns and programs and to replace them with positive ones. These new positive subconscious patterns clients to finally overcome blockages and fears and thereby to modify their behaviour.
Hypnosis is neither anaesthesia nor sleep. It is a natural state of the brain, which is remarkably similar to a deep meditative state. During the hypnotic trance, clients can hear the voice of the hypnotherapist, and during some types of hypnotherapy sessions, a dialogue between the hypnotherapist and the client takes place.
Is Hypnotherapy Safe?
Hypnosis is a natural state of the brain, which we experience many times during a normal day. For instance, when we daydream, meditate, or watch television. There is a vast scientific literature proving the effectiveness and safety of hypnotherapy even in medical settings, for instance during surgery (e.g., Häuser et al. (2016) ).
